I'm a creative-type guy with over 30 years of experience in the graphic design, communication and marketing end of things. I started out as a design school graduate and, over the years since, have worked my way up from junior designer to senior creative director - as well as accountexecutive / copywriter / studio manager / production guru in between and during. I'm a graphic artist / creative director of some repute who's managed to keep 'au current' in the age of hi-tech computerness - MAC rules! My hobbies include all things relating to WWII, diorama building and military reenacting. I own a completely restored 1942 MB GPW, 1/4 ton truck - affectionately known as the Jeep. It is done up in the colours and markings of the Lincoln and Welland Regiment from St. Catherines Ontario - my Dad's regiment during WWII. More on the 'Lincs and Winks' in the blog. I also have a fairly substantial collection of WWII uniforms, kit and dewat weapons - great to be a boy! I am also a keen fan of WWII aircraft and have flown in Harvards and a WWII B-17 bomber (The Yankee Lady) - what a rush!
